In Decimas we want to help you and answer all the questions corresponding to your order or any process involved in the purchase of the same.

    How can I make sure that I have made the purchase correctly?

    Once you have placed the order, you will receive an email confirming the purchase. If for any reason you do not receive it or have questions, you can contact us by sending an email to atencionalcliente@decimas.es. Our customer service department is available Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

    How long can it take until I can know the status of my order

    May we remind you that you will only be able to track your order if you have done it as a registered user on our website. Once you have logged in, click on 'My orders' section and you will be able to see all the information. Keep in mind that this process may take a little longer in case there is a weekend or bank holiday in between.
