If you are making a contract as a consumer and user through our online platform, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods or in the event that the goods ordered are delivered separately, the calculation will be taken into account. of the return of the 14 days, since you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the last of those goods.

Consequences of withdrawal:

The term will be considered fulfilled if you return the goods before the term has expired.

The company DECIMAS SLU will assume the cost of returning the goods in the first return or exchange. If your order has transportation costs, they will not be reimbursed. However, the return and exchange costs are assumed by Decimas.

You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

The following terms of use detail the rules governing the conduct of the user in relation to the service of opinions and customer reviews offered by DECIMAS SLU (hereinafter DECIMAS).

By writing an opinion, review or Rating (hereinafter the 'Rating') on DECIMAS you agree and warrant that:

• Your Rating and any content posted is accurate and arises as a result of your personal experience in relation to the product to which you refer in your Rating.
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• There is no commercial intent, you have not been paid or received any compensation or advantage from any third party in making the Review.
• You are the sole author and full owner of any intellectual property rights that may be derived from the Rating. You warrant that you will not write any Valuation that infringes the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary, publicity or privacy rights of any third party.
• You voluntarily waive all industrial, intellectual and moral rights that may arise with respect to the content that you have published in your Rating, such rights being the exclusive property of DECIMAS. By publishing a Rating you are deemed to be granting DECIMAS an unrestricted, non-exclusive and non-remunerated licence to the Rating.
• DECIMAS shall be entitled to use, reproduce, copy, modify, completely remove, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and sell the Valuation and incorporate its contents in any form, media or technology now existing or which may be developed in the future in any territory without any right of remuneration and/or consideration to you.

DECIMAS will not publish Ratings with the following content:

• That are not strictly related to the product and/or its qualities. No reviews relating to the preparation, delivery, price, promotions, exchanges or returns or other aspects that do not expressly refer to the product will be published.
• False, inaccurate or misleading ratings.
• Defamatory, slanderous, offensive or discriminatory evaluations that could incite hatred or be offensive or discriminatory towards any natural or legal person or towards any group.
• Ratings that infringe any current legislation (including, among others, all those governing consumer protection, unfair competition, discrimination offences or misleading advertising), and/or which could give rise to liability of any kind for DECIMAS.
• Valuations that contain confidential information or Valuations that are given in violation of confidentiality obligations or that make reference to other persons or groups involved in the marketing and sale of the product.
• Ratings that include any type of information that mentions other websites, addresses, e-mail addresses, contact information or telephone numbers.
• Reviews containing any computer virus or any other program or file potentially harmful to the computer system and / or web Decimas.es.

You agree to indemnify and hold DECIMAS (and its employees and third party service providers) harmless from and against all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, including reasonable attorneys' fees resulting from a breach of the foregoing representations and warranties, or from a breach by you of any law or the rights of a third party.

DECIMAS does not warrant that it will have a means to edit or remove any content you have submitted. Reviews are normally posted within two to four working days. However, DECIMAS reserves the right to remove or refuse to publish any content submitted for any reason. You acknowledge that you, and not DECIMAS, are responsible for the content you submit. DECIMAS does not guarantee any obligation of confidentiality or assume any liability with respect to the Ratings.

DECIMAS will process your personal data to manage the rating service and, where appropriate, to communicate with you about the status of your Rating and/or any other purposes related to it. We remind you that you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, limitation of processing, portability and opposition in the manner indicated in our privacy policy, where you will also find more information on how DECIMAS processes your personal data.
