Can I place my order for a gift?

Yes, we can include the gift receipt in your order. Tick the “add gift receipt” box before completing the checkout process and it will be included in the package. If you need it after the order has already been shipped, we can send it to you by email. By using the gift receipt, only exchanges for other items are accepted; refunds are not available."

Can I request the Tax Free?

Only for shipments with collection in store. You can request Tax Free in the store, once you pick up your order. Remember to show your passport, ID card, or any other document admitted by law that proves your residence outside the EU.

Can I request an invoice?

If you want an invoice for your order, you can request it by sending an email to [email protected]

The invoice will be sent by email to the Client, provided that he has given his consent for it. In addition, the Client will also have the right, in any case, to request the invoice in paper format, as it is an inherent right to their condition of Client.

Can I check if an item is available in the store?

The option 'availability in store' appears on each product file and you can find the sizes available in your nearest store by entering your zip code.
