Explicamos como escolher o melhor pull-up na barra de eleva\u00e7\u00f5es com base nos objetivos que pretende atingir. Siga os nossos conselhos!<\/span>\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<h2><b>Tipos de pull ups em barras de eleva\u00e7\u00f5es\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para fazer flex\u00f5es, deve <\/span><b>agarrar-se a uma barra e levantar o corpo, flexionando os bra\u00e7os para cima.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Mas existem diferentes formas de o fazer, o que d\u00e1 origem a diferentes categorias:<\/span>\r\n<h3><b>Pull up em supino<\/b><\/h3>\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O <\/span><b>pull-up tipo supino <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9 aquele em que colocamos as palmas das m\u00e3os para dentro (viradas para o rosto), afastadas na largura dos ombros (tamb\u00e9m conhecido como pull-up de pega invertida). Quando estamos pendurados, temos de puxar para cima at\u00e9 que o queixo encoste na barra.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Devemos <\/span><b>evitar balan\u00e7ar o corpo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, fazer uma pausa ao subir e baixar lentamente o corpo de volta \u00e0 posi\u00e7\u00e3o inicial.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tamb\u00e9m teremos de colocar os b\u00edceps numa forte linha de tra\u00e7\u00e3o, da\u00ed a sua dificuldade. \u00c9 precisamente por isso que os b\u00edceps, juntamente com a dorsal larga, s\u00e3o os principais grupos musculares a serem exercitados.<\/span>\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<h3><b>Pull up em prona\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><\/h3>\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No <\/span><b>pull-up em prona\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, as palmas das m\u00e3os s\u00e3o viradas para fora do corpo. Por baixo da barra superior, segura-se a barra com os dedos em cima e coloca-se o polegar em baixo. Neste caso, o espa\u00e7o entre as m\u00e3os deve ser ligeiramente maior do que a largura dos ombros afastados, ou seja, s\u00e3o pull ups largos.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este exerc\u00edcio ajuda a desenvolver a parte superior do corpo e, sobretudo, a parte superior das costas, porque <\/span><b>trabalha muitos m\u00fasculos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: o antebra\u00e7o, ombro, b\u00edceps, delt\u00f3ides, dorsais, peitorais e costas. \u00c9 muito completo!<\/span>\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<h3><b>Pull up neutro<\/b><\/h3>\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nos <\/span><b>pull-ups neutros<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, as palmas das m\u00e3os s\u00e3o colocadas paralelamente, voltadas uma para a outra. Nesse caso, a pega \u00e9 lateral, o que permite um movimento de rota\u00e7\u00e3o muito mais natural dos pulsos e ombros.
