Conhece os benef&iacute;cios que obtemos ao fortalecer esta parte do nosso corpo?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fortalecer os g&eacute;meos <strong>ajuda a proteger as articula&ccedil;&otilde;es <\/strong>e, especialmente, a dar estabilidade aos joelhos e tornozelos. Como trabalhar esta parte do corpo com <strong>exerc\u00edcios para os g\u00e9meos em casa<\/strong>?<\/p><ol><li><strong>Levantamentos de calcanhar<\/strong>. Em p\u00e9, com os p\u00e9s afastados \u00e0 largura dos ombros, levante os calcanhares do ch\u00e3o o mais alto poss\u00edvel, mantendo o equil\u00edbrio nos dedos dos p\u00e9s. Mantenha-se nesta posi\u00e7\u00e3o durante alguns segundos e baixe lentamente. Fa\u00e7a tr\u00eas s\u00e9ries de 15 repeti\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/li><li><strong>Levantamentos de calcanhar num degrau<\/strong>. Coloque os dedos dos p\u00e9s num degrau, com os calcanhares no ar. Baixe os calcanhares abaixo do n\u00edvel do degrau e depois levante-os o mais alto poss\u00edvel. Este exerc\u00edcio aumenta a amplitude de movimento, pelo que trabalha muito bem os g\u00e9meos, mas \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio ter um apoio para os p\u00e9s e faz\u00ea-lo com cuidado para evitar riscos. Fa\u00e7a tr\u00eas s\u00e9ries de 12 repeti\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/li><li><strong>Agachamentos com os dedos dos p\u00e9s<\/strong>. Fa\u00e7a um agachamento normal, mas ao subir, levante-se na ponta dos p\u00e9s. Isto ir\u00e1 trabalhar tanto os g\u00e9meos como os quadr\u00edceps. Fa\u00e7a mais tr\u00eas s\u00e9ries de 10 repeti\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/li><li><strong>Saltos no mesmo s\u00edtio<\/strong>. Mantendo os p\u00e9s juntos, d\u00ea pequenos saltos sem se mexer, empurrando-se com os g\u00e9meos. Tente manter o movimento constante e r\u00e1pido. Fa\u00e7a isto durante um minuto, descanse e repita o exerc\u00edcio mais duas vezes.<\/li><\/ol><p>Com esta rotina de exerc\u00edcios caseiros para os g\u00e9meos, ir\u00e1 fortalecer e tonificar esta parte do seu corpo. Fa\u00e7a tr\u00eas s\u00e9ries de 12 repeti\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/li><li><strong>Eleva\u00e7\u00f5es dos g\u00e9meos na m\u00e1quina<\/strong>. Sem mudar de m\u00e1quina, fique de p\u00e9 com os ombros por baixo das almofadas e levante os calcanhares. Este exerc\u00edcio trabalha intensamente os g\u00e9meos. Tente manter as costas direitas e fazer for\u00e7a com os g\u00e9meos.
