Fa\u00e7a o mesmo com a outra perna.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>Para aumentar a dificuldade,<\/strong> o exerc\u00edcio pode ser feito com o joelho da perna que est\u00e1 a ser levantada flexionado a 90 graus, iniciando tamb\u00e9m o movimento a partir da anca para trabalhar os gl\u00fateos.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>No entanto, lembre-se que as sess\u00f5es completas duram cerca de 45 minutos e incluem exerc\u00edcios diferentes de cada bloco para trabalhar todo o corpo.
