Cette routine <strong>est bas\u00e9e sur le 30-20-10<\/strong>\u00a0: des combinaisons d\u2019exercices d\u2019une dur\u00e9e de 30, 20 et 10\u00a0secondes qui permettent de travailler les grands groupes musculaires.
