Est\u00e1 na hora de pensar nas reuni\u00f5es familiares, nas prendas e, sobretudo, em como preparar o corpo para todos os excessos que o esperam.<\/p>\n<p>Nesta \u00e9poca do ano \u00e9 habitual comer e beber mais do que o normal e dormir menos do que estamos acostumados. Algumas pessoas deixam, inclusive, de lado as suas rotinas di\u00e1rias durante um par de semanas. Tudo isto afeta, e muito, o nosso corpo, pelo que <strong>agora \u00e9 o momento de adaptar a nossa rotina de exerc\u00edcio para que todas as altera\u00e7\u00f5es nos influenciem o menos poss\u00edvel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Exerc\u00edcio di\u00e1rio moderado<\/h2>\n<p>Dedicar algum tempo todos os dias para praticar exerc\u00edcio ser\u00e1 uma forma de<strong> acostumar o corpo a estar ativo e obter uma maior quantidade de oxig\u00e9nio<\/strong>, pelo que nos sentiremos melhor tanto f\u00edsica como mentalmente.<\/p>\n<p>Come\u00e7aremos por <strong>caminhar durante uma hora a passo lento<\/strong> em espa\u00e7os naturais, se for poss\u00edvel, <strong>4 dias por semana<\/strong>. As pessoas que est\u00e3o acostumadas a praticar desporto, podem substituir a caminhada por uma sess\u00e3o de running. Uma vez que, nesta \u00e9poca do ano, a chuva \u00e9 frequente, as pe\u00e7as de roupa imperme\u00e1veis s\u00e3o imprescind\u00edveis.<\/p>\n<h4><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5773 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/images.decimas.com\/uploads\/2020\/12\/impermeable-mujer.jpg?auto=format%2Ccompress&#038;fit=crop&#038;h=300&#038;ixlib=php-3.3.0&#038;w=199\" alt=\": Chubasquero de training Tenth Neoprene de mujer\" srcset=\"https:\/\/images.decimas.com\/uploads\/2020\/12\/impermeable-mujer.jpg?auto=format%2Ccompress&amp;fit=crop&amp;h=376&amp;ixlib=php-3.3.0&amp;w=250 250w, https:\/\/images.decimas.com\/uploads\/2020\/12\/impermeable-mujer.jpg?auto=format%2Ccompress&amp;fit=crop&amp;h=180&amp;ixlib=php-3.3.0&amp;w=120 120w, https:\/\/images.decimas.com\/uploads\/2020\/12\/impermeable-mujer.jpg?auto=format%2Ccompress&amp;ixlib=php-3.3.0&amp;w=300 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 199px) 100vw, 199px\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Podemos dedicar os 3 dias restantes a realizar uma rotina de exerc\u00edcios <\/strong>em casa ou no gin\u00e1sio, que durar\u00e1 cerca de media hora:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Agachamentos:<\/strong> come\u00e7amos de p\u00e9, com as pernas abertas na linha das ancas, esticamos os bra\u00e7os para a frente, descemos com a anca e a p\u00e9lvis para tr\u00e1s para nos sentarmos numa cadeira imagin\u00e1ria sem que os joelhos ultrapassem os p\u00e9s. Faremos 20 repeti\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lunges:<\/strong> abrimos as pernas na linha dos ombros, damos um passo em frente e flexionamos essa perna 90 graus com o p\u00e9 completamente apoiado no ch\u00e3o, dobramos a perna que ficou atr\u00e1s at\u00e9 praticamente tocar o ch\u00e3o e voltamos a subir. Realizaremos 20 repeti\u00e7\u00f5es com cada perna.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fundos:<\/strong> sentamo-nos na beira de um banco ou de uma cadeira com as m\u00e3os na linha dos ombros, descemos do banco apoiando-nos nas m\u00e3os e mantendo a tens\u00e3o nos m\u00fasculos do corpo at\u00e9 os cotovelos ficarem a um \u00e2ngulo de 90 graus, aguentamos durante 2 segundos e voltamos a levantar-nos. Efetuaremos 10 repeti\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Exerc\u00edcio intenso uma semana antes do Natal<\/h2>\n<p>Depois do corpo se ter habituado ao exerc\u00edcio, est\u00e1 na altura de <strong>fazer um esfor\u00e7o final para chegar \u00e0 meta em plena forma<\/strong>. Para tal, aumentaremos as <strong>sess\u00f5es de gin\u00e1sio a 5 dias por semana <\/strong>e acrescentaremos alguns exerc\u00edcios \u00e0 rotina:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Burpees:<\/strong> colocamo-nos de c\u00f3coras e apoiamos as m\u00e3os no ch\u00e3o, esticamos as pernas mantendo-as juntas e apoiando as pontas dos p\u00e9s no ch\u00e3o, realizamos uma flex\u00e3o com as costas retas at\u00e9 tocar o ch\u00e3o com o peito, dobramos as pernas at\u00e9 regressar \u00e0 posi\u00e7\u00e3o inicial e levantamos o corpo dando um salto vertical e elevando os bra\u00e7os.
