Uttanasana<\/h2>\n<p>L&rsquo;Uttanasana, ou posture des mains aux pieds, aide \u00e0 rel\u00e2cher le corps et \u00e0 \u00e9tirer les muscles, de telle mani\u00e8re que vous vous sentez plus l\u00e9ger <strong>et pr\u00eat \u00e0 affronter l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 avec la t\u00eate fraiche.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Debout, avec les pieds s\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 la hauteur de vos hanches, respirez profond\u00e9ment et levez les bras au-dessus de votre t\u00eate.<\/li>\n<li>En expirant, bras tendus, fl\u00e9chissez votre tronc vers le bas jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 toucher vos pieds et posez votre front sur vos jambes.<\/li>\n<li>Restez dans cette position pendant 30 \u00e0 60 secondes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. Le papillon<\/h2>\n<p>La pratique de la posture du papillon permet de d\u00e9tendre les muscles du dos, o\u00f9 s&rsquo;accumule g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement la tension provoqu\u00e9e par l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9. Tout en rel\u00e2chant le dos, cette posture permet aussi d&rsquo;apaiser l&rsquo;esprit.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assis en tailleur, ramenez les jambes le plus possible du pelvis.<\/li>\n<li>Joignez les plantes des pieds \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide des mains et baissez vos genoux.<\/li>\n<li>Restez dans cette position pendant 10 secondes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Le chameau<\/h2>\n<p>La posture du chameau aide \u00e0 rel\u00e2cher les muscles, \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la respiration, \u00e0 lib\u00e9rer l&rsquo;esprit et, en plus, apporte de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mettez-vous \u00e0 genoux, les cuisses parall\u00e8les au sol et les mains sur les hanches.<\/li>\n<li>Inspirez et levez les cuisses jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient perpendiculaires au sol tout en arquant le dos vers l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9tirez les bras jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 attraper vos talons.<\/li>\n<li>Rel\u00e2chez votre cou et laissez votre t\u00eate s&rsquo;incliner vers le bas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Le chiot<\/h2>\n<p>La posture du chiot \u00e9tire la colonne vert\u00e9brale et contribue \u00e0 apaiser l&rsquo;esprit.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Placez-vous \u00e0 quatre pattes en alignant les \u00e9paules et les poignets d&rsquo;une part, et les hanches et les genoux d&rsquo;autre part.<\/li>\n<li>Inspirez et, en expirant, avancez les mains tout en d\u00e9pla\u00e7ant les fessiers vers l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<li>Laissez les mains au sol, les bras tendus et le front pos\u00e9 au sol avec le cou rel\u00e2ch\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Courbez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement le bas du dos, \u00e9tirez les bras tandis que vous reculez les hanches vers les talons en sentant que la colonne s&rsquo;\u00e9tire l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/li>\n<li>Restez dans cette position pendant 1 minute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5.
