Pour \u00e9viter un pincement au niveau de cette zone si d\u00e9licate du bas du dos, il ne te reste plus qu\u2019\u00e0 suivre \u00e0 la lettre <strong>une s\u00e9rie d\u2019\u00e9tirements des lombaires<\/strong>. La r\u00e9alit\u00e9, c\u2019est que presque personne n\u2019est \u00e0 l\u2019abri de conna\u00eetre une telle douleur \u00e0 un moment de sa vie. Mais en r\u00e9alisant une s\u00e9rie d\u2019\u00e9tirements pour les lombaires, il est possible que tu diminues le risque d\u2019apparition de la douleur.<\/p>\n<p>Les causes de cette douleur peuvent \u00eatre nombreuses : \u00eatre rest\u00e9 assis trop longtemps, adopter une mauvaise posture, porter des poids ou souffrir d\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9, jusqu\u2019au d\u00e9placement de certaines vert\u00e8bres.<\/p>\n<p>Comment l\u2019\u00e9viter ? Par exemple, refuse de mener une vie s\u00e9dentaire, apprends \u00e0 bien t\u2019asseoir et \u00e0 te maintenir en forme. Mais aussi, r\u00e9alise de temps \u00e0 autre des \u00e9tirements pour les lombaires. De la sorte, tu n\u2019auras plus jamais besoin de marcher en \u00e9tant courb\u00e9!<\/p>\n<h2>5 \u00e9tirements pour les lombaires<\/h2>\n<p>Voil\u00e0 le moment de v\u00e9rit\u00e9 ! Nous allons te donner 5 exemples d\u2019\u00e9tirements faciles pour tes lombaires, que tu peux r\u00e9aliser chez toi d\u00e8s que tu as quelques minutes de libres.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Le cobra<\/h3>\n<p>Tu comprendras un peu mieux le nom donn\u00e9 \u00e0 cet exercice quand tu vas l\u2019essayer pour la premi\u00e8re fois. Pour cela, installe-toi en position couch\u00e9e sur le ventre, sur ton <a href=\"https:\/\/www.decimas.com\/fr-fr\/accessoires-freestyle-tenth-esterilla-femme-5720152400.html?color=1085&amp;size=834\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tapis<\/a>, les mains pos\u00e9es sur le sol. Ensuite, rel\u00e8ve ton buste vers l\u2019arri\u00e8re autant que possible, en poussant sur le sol avec tes mains. Maintiens l\u2019effort quelques secondes et reviens \u00e0 la position initiale. Cet exercice est un vrai plus pour tes lombaires.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Le pont<\/h3>\n<p>Nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9voqu\u00e9 les bienfaits de l\u2019exercice du pont. La bonne nouvelle, c\u2019est qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un \u00e9tirement relativement complet, qui sera id\u00e9al pour renforcer tes lombaires. Pour ce faire, allonge-toi sur le sol avec les bras tendus de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 de tes hanches. Appuie-toi sur la plante de tes pieds et commence \u00e0 \u00e9lever ton pelvis jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que ton corps (des \u00e9paules aux genoux) forme une ligne droite. Fais bien attention \u00e0 contracter en permanence ton abdomen.<\/p>\n<h3>3. La position f\u0153tale<\/h3>\n<p>Se faire un massage des lombaires est tellement agr\u00e9able. Mais c\u2019est aussi facile de s\u2019allonger sur un tapis et de lever tes genoux en flexion jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ton torse. Entoure-les jusqu\u2019\u00e0 te trouver en position f\u0153tale. Puis, laisse-toi glisser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement de droite \u00e0 gauche, sur tes lombaires, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que tu ressentes un rel\u00e2chement, une relaxation, au niveau du dos.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Le croisement de jambes<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019autre exercice que nous te recommandons se r\u00e9alise aussi bien sur un tapis et te fera travailler le fessier. Allonge-toi et croise l\u2019une de tes jambes au-dessus de l\u2019autre, tout en tirant vers toi la cuisse de la jambe qui se trouve en dessous. Tu vas ressentir une tension, c\u2019est certain, mais aussi un soulagement intense du nerf sciatique. Fais plusieurs r\u00e9p\u00e9titions avec chaque jambe.<\/p>\n<h3>5. La position de l\u2019\u0153uf<\/h3>\n<p>Enfin, nous voil\u00e0 arriv\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019un des \u00e9tirements les plus agr\u00e9ables pour les lombaires. Place-toi sur les genoux et assieds-toi sur tes talons, tout en avan\u00e7ant ton torse vers l\u2019avant. Touche le tapis avec ta t\u00eate, tout en \u00e9tirant tes bras. C\u2019est, sans aucun doute, l\u2019exercice id\u00e9al pour finaliser une s\u00e9ance d\u2019entra\u00eenement.<\/p>\n<p>N&rsquo;oublie pas de choisir des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.decimas.com\/fr-fr\/vetements-femme\">v\u00eatements de sport<\/a> confortables pour que tu puisses r\u00e9aliser tes \u00e9tirements sans difficult\u00e9.
