Inclinaison arri\u00e8re sur tes genoux<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Pour cet exercice, mets-toi \u00e0 genou sur un tapis, en appui sur tes pointes de pied. Maintiens ton dos bien droit, ouvre bien ton abdomen et incline-toi en arri\u00e8re sans oublier les cycles de respiration. Autre variante de cet exercice : r\u00e9aliser l\u2019inclinaison tout en levant tes bras en parall\u00e8le, de sorte que tes jambes ressentent une plus grande intensit\u00e9 pendant l\u2019effort. Reviens \u00e0 la position initiale et r\u00e9p\u00e8te 10 ou 12 fois cet exercice pour renforcer tes genoux. Tu peux faire 3 s\u00e9ries, comme pour les exercices pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. \u00c9cartement des jambes avec un \u00e9lastique<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Pour r\u00e9aliser cet exercice, tu vas avoir besoin d\u2019une bande \u00e9lastique. Ces accessoires sont incroyablement utiles pour renforcer tes genoux, il faut donc que tu en aies toujours un avec toi. Place l\u2019\u00e9lastique \u00e0 hauteur de tes genoux et, ensuite, allonge-toi sur un tapis, sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9. Fl\u00e9chis la jambe du dessous tout en maintenant droite celle du dessus. Rel\u00e8ve-la autant que possible, en prenant bien s\u00fbr en compte la r\u00e9sistance de la bande \u00e9lastique. R\u00e9p\u00e8te entre 10 et 12 fois l\u2019exercice pour chaque jambe.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Les squats<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 parl\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs reprises des squats. Ce n\u2019est pas seulement un exercice pour renforcer les genoux, mais aussi, en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, un exercice utile pour tout ! C\u2019est aussi, sans doute, la meilleure activit\u00e9 pour renforcer le fessier, pour obtenir un r\u00e9sultat deux en un \u00e0 coup s\u00fbr. Pars en position debout, essaye de t\u2019asseoir sur une chaise imaginaire en t\u2019inclinant \u00e0 90\u00b0. Pour savoir si tu fais bien l\u2019exercice, un petit truc : v\u00e9rifie que tes genoux ne d\u00e9passent pas tes pointes de pied au moment de la flexion.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Pour terminer, tu peux r\u00e9aliser un exercice id\u00e9al pour soulager tes genoux et la tension accumul\u00e9e au cours de la s\u00e9ance. Allonge-toi sur un tapis et ram\u00e8ne tes genoux au niveau du torse, en les entourant de tes bras.
