Es importante que la cuerda tenga la <strong>longitud exacta de una mano a la otra<\/strong> para que caiga justo a ras de suelo, y para ajustarla a tu estatura no hay nada como sujetarla con ambas axilas y cortar a esa altura.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a la duraci\u00f3n de la rutina, <strong>15 minutos pueden ser suficientes<\/strong> para un buen trabajo f\u00edsico, unas tres veces a la semana, y siempre combin\u00e1ndola con otros ejercicios de fitness. \u00a1Aqu\u00ed tienes algunos ejemplos de<strong> ejercicios con cuerda de saltar <\/strong>que te vendr\u00e1n de maravilla para empezar!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><strong>Salto normal: <\/strong><\/strong>Es el ejercicio de cuerda de iniciaci\u00f3n, el m\u00e1s sencillo y el menos exigente, y se realiza con un salto de ritmo relajado y con los pies juntos o ligeramente separados. El cuello y la cabeza han de estar alineados, y el abdomen ligeramente retrasado con respecto a ese eje. Los hombros, relajados, y los codos casi pegados al cuerpo. Y las rodillas, ligeramente flexionadas. Los saltos en este caso pueden ser bajos, \u00a1lo justo para poder superar la cuerda!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Salto con talones altos: <\/strong>El siguiente ejercicio aumenta la exigencia, pues sobre la misma postura de pies juntos o cercanos, tendr\u00e1s que realizar saltos mucho m\u00e1s altos, acercando los talones a los gl\u00fateos lo m\u00e1ximo posible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Saltos alternos: <\/strong>Una vez dominada la t\u00e9cnica, puedes aumentar el ritmo y variar los movimientos. En este caso, los saltos se realizan con pies alternos, complicando as\u00ed el trabajo de coordinaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Alternancia total: <\/strong>Este ejercicio con cuerdas se complica un poco m\u00e1s, pues se alternan saltos alternando uno con los brazos pegados al cuerpo y otro con ellos cruzados entre s\u00ed, lo que implica tener que hacer un salto ligeramente mayor porque la cuerda ya no cae siempre a ras de suelo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>\ud83e\udea2Ejercicios con cuerdas colgantes: mejora tu fuerza\ud83e\udea2<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Las cuerdas colgantes, como las utilizadas en <strong>entrenamientos de suspensi\u00f3n tipo TRX<\/strong>, son perfectas para <strong>fortalecer el cuerpo utilizando el peso corporal<\/strong>, al igual que se hace con la calistenia, solo que adem\u00e1s de fuerza, permiten trabajar tambi\u00e9n la estabilidad y el equilibrio.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><strong>Remo invertido en suspensi\u00f3n: <\/strong><\/strong>Ajusta las cuerdas a una altura que te permita quedar casi horizontal al sujetarlas con las manos. Con el cuerpo recto y los talones apoyados en el suelo, tira de tu pecho hacia las asas manteniendo los codos cerca del cuerpo. Fortalecer\u00e1s tu espalda, tus b\u00edceps y mejorar\u00e1s la estabilidad del core.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Flexiones en suspensi\u00f3n: <\/strong>Coloca las manos en las asas de las cuerdas, ajustadas a la altura de la cintura. Despu\u00e9s, en posici\u00f3n de plancha inclinada, haz flexiones manteniendo tu cuerpo correctamente alineado.
