Mettez-vous debout et faites un squat normal, mais en vous levant, poussez-vous sur vos orteils. Vous ferez ainsi travailler vos mollets et vos quadriceps. Faites trois s&eacute;ries de 10 r&eacute;p&eacute;titions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sauts sur place.<\/strong> En gardant les pieds joints, effectuez de petits sauts sans bouger sur place, en vous propulsant avec vos mollets.
