Tenemos que empezar a calentar <strong>nuestra musculatura y articulaciones<\/strong> para hacer deporte de forma apropiada. Una vez que <strong>nuestro cuerpo entra en calor,<\/strong> ya est\u00e1 listo para empezar la actividad. empezamos a correr no hay que ir deprisa demasiado pronto<strong>.<\/strong> Lo ideal es <strong>aumentar la velocidad de forma progresiva.<\/strong> Si al iniciarnos no lo hacemos con calma, el agotamiento llegar\u00e1 de manera inesperada y no vas a poder coger ritmo, teni\u00e9ndote que parar antes de lo pensando.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n debemos darle importancia a <strong>la parte t\u00e9cnica,<\/strong> ya que es esencial para correr adecuadamente y <strong>reducir el riesgo de lesiones.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otro aspecto que no podemos dejar a un lado es<strong> la hidrataci\u00f3n.<\/strong> Durante el entrenamiento y las carreras debemos tomar<strong> agua; y electrolitos y sodio<\/strong> a modo de recuperaci\u00f3n a posteriori. Al salir al correr debemos siempre llevar con nosotros una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.decimas.com\/es-es\/complementos-deportes-botellas-de-agua-mujer\">botella de agua<\/a> que nos permita hidratarnos en el momento que lo necesitemos. Incluso hay muchas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.decimas.com\/es-es\/camisetas-deportivas-hombre\">camisetas<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.decimas.com\/es-es\/pantalones-cortos-running-hombre\">shorts running<\/a> que en sus dise\u00f1os <strong>incluyen bolsillos<\/strong> para llevar hidrataci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si cuando salimos a correr hacemos siempre el mismo recorrido, no podemos esperar resultados diferentes. Debemos <strong>incluir entrenamientos interv\u00e1licos,<\/strong> de series, cambios de ritmo y sesiones de fuerza.
