es que no necesitas nada, solamente ganas de correr. No necesitas una piscina como en nataci\u00f3n; no necesitas una pala o una raqueta, como en el p\u00e1del o el tenis; no necesitas compa\u00f1\u00eda como para echar un partido de f\u00fatbol. <strong>Solo necesitas actitud de corredor y salir a la calle.<\/strong> \u00a1No hay nada que te lo impida!<\/p><h2>En cualquier lugar\ud83d\udc5f<\/h2><p>Como te explic\u00e1bamos en el v\u00eddeo, no hay impedimentos para correr, da igual que est\u00e9s en casa, en tu ciudad, o fuera de ella por vacaciones o trabajo.<strong> \u00a1Ni impedimentos ni excusas! Mete siempre ropa deportiva en tu maleta<\/strong> vayas donde vayas, conocer\u00e1s los lugares que visita de una manera especial.<\/p><h2>Adictivo\ud83c\udfc3<\/h2><p>\u00bfDe verdad te parece aburrido salir a correr? Hazlo y no querr\u00e1s parar. Cuando llegue el momento, <strong>tu cabeza har\u00e1 \u201cclic\u201d y dejar\u00e1s de pensar en cu\u00e1ndo te toca parar de correr<\/strong> para pensar hasta d\u00f3nde puedo seguir corriendo. La fuerza mental te sorprender\u00e1.<\/p><h2>F\u00e1cil de medir\u231a<\/h2><p>No has visto un entrenamiento mejor medible que este. El rendimiento no ser\u00e1 nunca m\u00e1s subjetivo: <strong>tus tiempos y distancias est\u00e1n al alcance de tu mano con un reloj digital.<\/strong> Ver\u00e1s cada d\u00eda como mejoras y ser\u00e1 una motivaci\u00f3n para seguir.<\/p><h2>Naturaleza\u26f0\ufe0f<\/h2><p>Salir a correr te conectar\u00e1 con la naturaleza y quiz\u00e1, aunque a\u00fan no lo sepas,<strong> es algo que necesitas si pasar grandes jornadas al d\u00eda<\/strong> delante de una o varias pantallas. Saca un rato al d\u00eda para correr y encontrar\u00e1s en ese momento la paz.<\/p><h2>Indoor\ud83c\udfe0<\/h2><p>Lo bueno del running es que si no puedes salir a la calle porque el tiempo te lo impide, <strong>tambi\u00e9n puedes hacerlo dentro de casa<\/strong> o en un gimnasio, solamente necesitas una cinta para ello.<\/p><h2>Clubes de running\ud83d\udc65<\/h2><p>Puedes correr solo, pero si este es uno de los motivos por el cu\u00e1l a\u00fan no has empezado a hacer, puedes <strong>apuntarte a un Club de Running para hacerlo en compa\u00f1\u00eda<\/strong> y conectar con otras personas a trav\u00e9s de este deporte.
