En D\u00e9cimas te contamos todo lo que debes saber y te damos las claves para que una <strong>rutina de powerlifting<\/strong> a medida te ayude a lograr esos objetivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es powerlifting?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El powerlifting es una modalidad deportiva tambi\u00e9n conocida como \u2018levantamiento de potencia\u2019. Consiste en <strong>levantar el mayor peso posible en tres movimientos b\u00e1sicos<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Peso muerto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sentadilla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press de banca.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>En cada uno de esos ejercicios, se trabaja un <strong>grupo muscular diferente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El objetivo principal del powerlifting es aumentar la fuerza<\/strong> pero no necesariamente a trav\u00e9s del aumento de masa muscular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttps:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=MpW6contQtM&ab_channel=D%C3%A9cimasOficial\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 se diferencia del bodybuilding?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No debe confundirse el powerlifting con la halterofilia porque la t\u00e9cnica que se utiliza es diferente, pero tampoco es igual que el bodybuilding. \u00bfCu\u00e1l es la diferencia con este \u00faltimo?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si comparamos <strong>bodybuilding vs powerlifting<\/strong>, vemos que ambas disciplinas implican el entrenamiento de fuerza y el desarrollo muscular. Sin embargo, en el powerlifting el objetivo es maximizar tu fuerza, mientras en el bodybuilding la meta es <a href=\"https:\/\/www.decimas.com\/blog\/es\/rutinas-ganar-masa-muscular\">maximizar la masa muscular<\/a> y reducir la grasa corporal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es mejor? Eso depende de cu\u00e1l sea tu objetivo principal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Claves en un entrenamiento de powerlifting<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El entrenamiento de powerlifting <strong>se basa en la t\u00e9cnica de la \u2018repetici\u00f3n m\u00e1xima\u2019 o 1RM<\/strong>, que implica levantar el mayor peso posible en una repetici\u00f3n. \u00bfCu\u00e1l es la clave para hacerlo? \u00a1La velocidad! A menor velocidad, mayor ser\u00e1 el peso m\u00e1ximo que podamos levantar. Y, adem\u00e1s, como en cada ejercicio se trabajan m\u00fasculos diferentes, ese peso m\u00e1ximo que podemos levantar en cada uno es tambi\u00e9n distinto.<br>Como norma general, se recomienda realizar <strong>entrenamientos de fuerza entre tres y cuatro veces por semana<\/strong>, sin dejar de lado nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n y nuestro descanso para poder dar el m\u00e1ximo rendimiento en nuestra rutina de powerlifting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ejercicios de powerlifting<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Con los ejercicios de powerlifting se busca ganar fuerza, no masa muscular. Por tanto, para una planificaci\u00f3n de powerlifting en base a tus objetivos, debes tener esto muy en cuenta. Adem\u00e1s, es muy importante que adaptes tu rutina a tus necesidades f\u00edsicas. Aqu\u00ed tienes algunos ejercicios para tu rutina de powerlifting semanal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Peso muerto<\/strong>. Podr\u00e1s mejorar en este ejercicio con una rutina en la que vayas incrementando el peso poco a poco, ya sea haciendo remo con barra o curl de b\u00edceps con mancuernas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sentadilla<\/strong>. Para poder levantar el m\u00e1ximo peso con este ejercicio debes ejercitar esta zona muscular con entrenamientos como sentadillas con peso, squads con carga o zancadas laterales con gomas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Press de banca<\/strong>. Para dar el m\u00e1ximo en press de banca, adem\u00e1s de ir ampliando el peso en este ejercicio de manera progresiva, tambi\u00e9n puedes hacer press inclinado con mancuernas y flexiones amplias en las que abras el pecho.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Para hacer estos ejercicios, necesitas cierto material, como es l\u00f3gico: barra y discos, gomas de resistencia, mancuernas, esterilla y banco. Si no lo tienes en casa, siempre te queda el gimnasio para tener todo eso a mano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestro consejo es que <strong>entrenes cada ejercicio un d\u00eda por semana<\/strong>, para centrarte cada vez en un grupo muscular. Siempre puedes dedicar una cuarta sesi\u00f3n semanal a ejercitar el conjunto con ejercicios variados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alterna los d\u00edas de entrenamiento de powerlifting para que tu cuerpo pueda descansar, es decir, puedes entrenar peso muerto los lunes, sentadillas los mi\u00e9rcoles y press de banca los viernes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, es importante reforzar tu core para dar el mayor rendimiento posible en el resto de ejercicios de tu rutina de powerlifting.
