Mientras la primera modalidad se practica sobre asfalto, la segunda tiene lugar sobre un terreno natural.<\/p><p>En ambos casos, como sabes, de lo que se trata es de correr pero <strong>se hace en superficies diferentes<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Esto, ya de por s\u00ed, conlleva una serie de caracter\u00edsticas propias de cada modalidad. Por ejemplo:<\/p><ul><li>En el running la dificultad radica en la <strong>cantidad de kil\u00f3metros<\/strong> recorridos.<\/li><li>En el trail running la dureza del ejercicio <strong>tambi\u00e9n depende de otros factores<\/strong> como el tipo de terreno, el desnivel, la existencia de obst\u00e1culos en el recorrido, las condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas, etc.<\/li><li>El running se suele <strong>practicar en la ciudad<\/strong>.<\/li><li>El trail running te permite estar en <strong>contacto con la naturaleza<\/strong> porque se practica en monta\u00f1as, desiertos, bosques, pistas agr\u00edcolas, caminos rurales\u2026<\/li><li>Para practicar trail running es <strong>necesaria una preparaci\u00f3n previa m\u00e1s larga<\/strong>, por lo que tambi\u00e9n se deben hacer ejercicios de musculaci\u00f3n y fuerza, de velocidad y de resistencia.<\/li><\/ul><p>Como puedes imaginar, tu t\u00e9cnica ser\u00e1 diferente en funci\u00f3n de la modalidad de running que elijas, ya que tu cuerpo sufrir\u00e1 de una manera distinta.<\/p><h2><strong>\u00bfSe pueden usar las mismas zapatillas en running y trail running?<\/strong><\/h2><p>Como decimos, la exigencia del running y del trail running es diferente en muchos sentidos, sobre todo, por lo que se refiere al terreno en el que se practica cada disciplina.<\/p><p>Esto nos da una idea de la<strong> importancia de elegir un calzado adecuado<\/strong> en cada caso. Ten en cuenta que no es lo mismo correr sobre el asfalto duro que sobre un terreno irregular en la monta\u00f1a.<\/p><p>Por eso, las zapatillas de trail running deben tener un tipo de <strong>suela con buen agarre<\/strong>, que variar\u00e1 dependiendo del terreno en el que practiquemos este deporte. Generalmente, la suela ser\u00e1 taqueada y con mucho dibujo para lograr una mejor eficacia y evitar resbalones o ca\u00eddas. Y tambi\u00e9n deber\u00e1n ser unas zapatillas fabricadas <strong>con tejidos espec\u00edficos que nos protejan<\/strong> del fr\u00edo, de la lluvia o del barro, y con protecci\u00f3n en la puntera para no da\u00f1arnos ante un golpe o un ara\u00f1azo.<\/p><p>Las zapatillas para asfalto, en cambio, son m\u00e1s simples, pesan menos y en su suela suelen incluir caucho para que la abrasi\u00f3n
